A path to well being

The work place can be a fantastic, collegiate environment and keeping it that way helps productivity, reduces stress and builds physical and mental well being. Yoga Compass offers several Yoga at Work programs ranging from quick 5 minute online exercises you can do at your desk, to site visits to your work place to run one off or regular yoga classes.

Yoga Compass offers several options that give great flexibility. You can choose classes that run for an hour, which might be appropriate before or after business hours, or 30-45 min classes that could be run during lunch breaks. We also offer rates for groups of up to 10 or 15 students which allows you to budget and expand the offering to your staff as interest grows. Our service includes providing mats and blocks and other equipment as required for your program.

In addition, you can add an element of well being to any conference or staff team building days by including yoga workshops and mindfulness activities. We also offer conference half and full day rates, which you might find valuable if you are organising a staff conference or retreat.
